Winter Spritz
This Winter Spritz cocktail is a lovely combo of gin, Cynar, allspice dram and orange bitters. This is all topped with champagne, hence the spritz name! This bubbly sip makes for delicious cocktails, perfect for a crowd! Try another Cynar cocktail with our Cynar Negroni, too!
Tips & Tricks
- Garnish – a spritz is a great spritz when you use fun garnishes! Some great suggestions are an orange peel, cinnamon sticks or rosemary sprig.
- Glassware – for a spritz and adding bubbles, wine glasses are a must! Whether you use a bigger wine glass or a taller thin glass, your choice!

Winter Spritz
A Winter Spritz cocktail is full of flavor and perfect for the festive season! Make this gin and Cynar based sip for the holidays!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- .75 ounce Cynar
- .25 ounce allspice dram
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 2 ounces champagne
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into wine glass. Top with champagne.
3. Garnish as desired.
