Tips & Tricks
- Watermelon Cucumber Gimlet – if you want a fun twist on even this simple gimlet, add in some cucumber slices to your cocktail shaker with the lime juice and watermelon simple syrup. Muddle the cucumber, add gin, ice and shake 15-20 seconds. Double strain the cocktail into your coupe or martini glass. Garnish with another cucumber slice.
- Garnish – use a long slice of seedless watermelon or chunk of watermelon on a cocktail pick or on the rim of the glass. Or, a lime slice or lime wheel is always a good choice for this watermelon gimlet.
Cheers!
