Looking for a quick and easy drink you’ll want to enjoy all year long? Give this Tropical Mocktail a try!
One of our favorite things about cocktails is that they have so much flavor, and always feel like such a treat. Do you feel that way?

One of our resolutions for the new year was to cut back on soda and sugary drinks, as most people do. However, in the next few months we have a lot to celebrate! From Valentine’s Day, to Easter, to birthdays (mine!) which means lots of opportunities to celebrate with sugar! But, this non alcoholic idea makes it less bad for you!
We don’t have time for too many calories in drinks when there are things like Ice Cream Cake that I want in my face. Anyone else like Ice Cream Cake? Just me? Ok.
What Ingredients are Needed for the Tropical Mocktail?
- Pineapple Juice
- Lime Juice
- Cinnamon Syrup (more info below in the recipe!)
- Sparkling White Grape Juice
I mean, it is always so fun to have something bubbly in your glass when getting together with friends or family for special occasions, and that’s why I’m excited to share this recipe. It’s great for keeping things fun and festive while staying on more on track with this Tropical Mocktail recipe!
Tropical Mocktail
We wanted to create a recipe for a mocktail to share with you to have on a day you’re not feeling like a boozy drink. It’s just nice to have a fancy drink in your hand for these celebratory moments! Plus, if you live where its cold all winter long, it’s nice to have tropical thoughts to keep warm with!
This mocktail recipe is so simple and full of fruit flavors like pineapple and lime. This of course makes it a much healthier alternative to soda. Also, it is downright pretty and won’t take away from any of your set aside ice cream cake calories! Yay for cake!
If you wish you could be kicking back on a beach this week, these tropical flavors are going to take you away! Like Calgon, in a bathtub!

I made this with sparkling apple juice as it was what I had to hand and this mocktail was superb! As my son described it: slightly sour, slightly sweet with a little bit of Christmas. Served it in a margarita glass. Thank you for a delightful recipe 😊 PS I reckon this might also go well with a rosemary-flavoured simple syrup, will be next on my list to try 👌🏻
