Tips & Tricks

  • Garnish – if you serve this non-alcoholic punch recipe in punch cups, you can add garnish when serving. Or, you can garnish in the punch bowl. Both ways work. Some great fruit garnishes are orange slices, fresh cranberries, or lemon slices. Rosemary sprigs also look super festive in this cranberry punch.
  • Sweetener – if you need the punch to be sweeter (it depends on the sweetness level of the juices). Feel free to add some simple sugar syrup to either the punch bowl or individual punch cups.
  • Glasswarepunch cups are the classic way to serve this drink for a festive gathering, but small lowball glasses work, too.
  • Storage – you can store any leftover punch in an airtight container or a sealed jar in the refrigerator up to a week. Just know that most of the bubbles will not be present, and you may have to add more ginger ale or carbonated water.
  • Tips for a Cold Punch – to keep the punch cold and not watered down with ice, make sure all ingredients are chilled beforehand. If you would like to add ice, an ice ring will melt slower and not water it down as much. You can even add fresh cranberries, orange slices and rosemary sprigs to the ice ring to make it festive, too!
